WARRANTIES AND RETURNS.

Welcome to Waveform Network Cyprus LTD (WNC) and thank you for your interest in the products and services of our Company.

This text describes the warranty and return policy that WNC adopts about every faulty product – RMA.

Products limited warranty applies within our company which means that our company doesn’t cover any shipping cost that concerns the transportation of a faulty product to or from our establishments.

The product’s warranty period starts from the date of purchase and it lasts according to the declarations of the official manufacturer of this product.

The warranties of the products cover any defect in material under normal use (for example warranty doesn’t cover any physical damage of a product) during the warranty period. During the warranty period, WNC will repair or replace products or parts of them, that prove to be defective under proper use and maintenance, at no charge.

WNC covers warranty for returning packages which include all the parts of a product and completed RMA procedures.  Packages that do not comply with the above will be returned to the sender without warning.

WNC has the right to replace the faulty product with another same product refurbished.

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

conditions, malfunctions, overvoltage or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

For Β2Β customers only that are sure that a purchased product is defective and would like to replace it as soon as possible, we are pleased to announce the service FAST B2B RMA.

All you have to do is complete the standard online RMA procedure and afterwards send the device, that you believe it is defective, to our RMA department for technical inspection. The only extra step you have to follow is to complete the Fast B2B RMA form that you can find here and send to us by email. Then, you will get instant replacement for your device as long as there is available stock.

After the technical inspection of the device from our RMA department:
• If the device you sent is indeed defective, nothing more has to be done.
• If the device is not found to be defective, then you are obliged to purchase this device immediately and furthermore get charged with the technical inspection cost.

If a product has been returned as defective but nevertheless after the technical inspection it is found to be functioning properly, the customer is required to pay the value of the technical inspection which is 15 € including 19% VAT.
